Citizens Bank extends privilege banking service to 4 major branches
Citizen Bank has expanded its privilege counter service to 4 branches outside Kathmandu. The additions include Lumbini’s Kalikanagar branch, Biratnagar branch, Birtamod branch and Rajbiraj branch.
Prior to this, the bank had been providing privilege banking services in head office at Narayanhiti and Kamaladi branch. The bank plans to further expand its privilege banking service in the days to come.
As per the privilege service, the following special access is available to customers:
- Prioritized & Specialized services at Exclusive Privilege Banking Lounges dedicated to you ensuring privacy.
- Dedicated Relationship Manager
- Direct Access to Relationship Managers /Branch Manager
- One-stop Banking services
- Home Banking: Privilege banking staff shall also provide banking service to their door step when they are unable to visit bank upon prior request of privilege customer.
- Celebrating special days with personalized wishes and gifts
- Various discounts from Bank-Merchant tie -up
The following customers will be eligible for access to privilege service:
- All CBIL Promoters.
- The existing individual customers maintaining average savings balance or fixed deposit of Rs.2.5 million and above.
- New customers on-boarding with average savings balance or fixed deposit of Rs.2.5 million and above.
- Senior citizens (aged 65 years and above), handicapped/differently abled customers shall be eligible for the service at all times.
- Any customer, as approved/instructed by CEO
- Other/potential customers, as approved by Head-Retail Banking.
