Dabur Nepal & Pycus tie up for a newfangled branding campaign

In collaboration with Dabur Nepal, Pycus Holdings Pvt. Ltd announces an “Corporate & Employer Branding” campaign in Nepal. This initiative by Dabur Nepal will be conducted under the guidance of its HR Head Mr. Aanil Puri. Employer branding had remained unheard-of in the Nepalese industry till date. This form of branding will aim at managing and influencing Dabur Nepal’s reputation as an employer among job seekers, employees and key stakeholders.

Mr. Kashyap Shakya, the founder at Pycus, believes that this campaign is a great opportunity and a major challenge since it has never been executed before in Nepal. “We shall be working closely on Employer Branding and believe that such activities will lead to better employment practices in the Nepalese corporate sector” said Mr. Shakya, who is also a former Brand Manager of Dabur Nepal.
