Laxmi Bank encouraging creativity through “Brand Film Contest”
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Laxmi Bank has called out creative agencies, professionals and filmmakers for a contest to create its “Brand Film”. The winner of the contest will be rewarded with a hefty contract worth 20 lakhs.
The content of the brand film must be centered around five core elements: Relationships, Explorers, Teamwork, Responsible and Progressive. An expert panel shall judge the participants on the “technical” and “creative” aspects of their work.
Brand Film contest is the third rendition of a crowdsourcing contest organized by Laxmi Bank. Prior to this, the bank had organized and fruitfully concluded “My Card Ideas” and “My Mobile Money Video Contest”.
This effort by Laxmi Bank is the first of its kind, specifically, in the banking industry. Such campaigns are pivotal in instigating “much needed” creativity and innovation in the marketing and branding industry of Nepal.
